DSR Students Present Research Findings on Vaping Among University Students
Fardin Ishrak and Tanzim Rahman, students of the Department of Social Relations (DSR), East West University, were invited as guest speakers at a webinar organized by Work for a Better Bangladesh (WBB) Trust in collaboration with Bangladesh Tamak Birodhi Jote.
During the webinar, they presented their research findings on vaping among university students, highlighting emerging concerns related to vaping and tobacco control among young people.
The presentation builds on their continued engagement with tobacco control research and advocacy. Fardin Ishrak previously presented his research findings on tobacco control at a World Tobacco Control event organized by the university club and later furthered his experience through an internship at WBB Trust, where he worked on tobacco-related issues.
