The Department of Law at East West University (EWU) has organized a seminar titled ‘Career Talk: Life after Law School’ on Friday, May 10, 2024, from 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. in room no. 242 (Lecture Gallery). Ms. Pia Conradsen, who works with Victim Advocates International (VAI) as the Coordinator of the Rohingya Victim Group, delivered a speech to fourth-year law students at EWU. She provided valuable insights on selecting a career path after completing a legal degree. Ms. Conradsen also discussed the employment opportunities available to law graduates at various international non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and other institutions.

Dr. Nabaat Tasnima Mahbub, Chairperson and Assistant Professor of the Department of Law at EWU, along with several other faculty members from the department, including Dr. Md. Mehedi Hasan, Assistant Professor; Mr. Mohammed Shahjalal, Senior Lecturer; Mr. Md. Pizuar Hossain, Senior Lecturer; Mr. Mridul Bepari, Senior Lecturer; and Mr. Ali Mashraf, Lecturer, attended the seminar.
