Rubayat Kabir is presently working as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Social Relations at East West University, Bangladesh. Having an educational background (B.A and M. Sc) in Psychology from Mount Carmel College and Jain University, Bangalore, India, her research interest lies in Educational psychology, Health psychology, Counseling psychology and Positive psychology. She teaches courses at the undergraduate level. Apart from teaching, she also provides counseling assistance to the students of East West University.
