Professor Dr. Dilara Begum, Chairperson of the Department of Information Studies at East West University (EWU) and President of MILNetBD, participated as a distinguished panelist at the high-level 3rd International Women Parliament (IWP) & Iconic Women Award 2026 on October 30, 2026.
