The 3rd Bangladesh General Knowledge Olympiad, which was hosted by the East West University Information Club and Youthpreneur Network, had its prize giving ceremony on December 2, 2022, on the East West University campus. On November 4, 2022, the contest took place on the same grounds. Out of the five levels of competition, 50 winners are recognized. They received medals and certificates in appreciation from the prize giving ceremony. The chief guest of the award ceremony was venerated Dr. Muhammad Ziaulhaq Mamun, Pro-Vice Chancellor of East West University, but he was unfortunately unable to participate in the event. Honorable Dr. Farzana Akhter, Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, attended the event on his behalf. The distinguished Chairperson and Associate Professor Dr. Dilara Begum chaired the program. The moderator of the Information Club, Abdur Rahman Sumon and Khandaker Abdullah Al Tahmid, President, Youthpreneur Network were present as special guests. Along with the guests, winners, and winners' parents, the program included participation from faculty, administrative staff, students from the department of information studies and library management, members of the information club, general members, and volunteers from Youthpreneur Network. Youthpreneur Network and Information Club volunteers received awards and certificates as well.
