Achievement Details

We are pleased to share that Md. Nurullah Bahar Tawsif, a proud alumnus of the Department of Sociology, East West University, has recently commenced his Master of Science (MSc) in Sociology at the University of Portsmouth, England, United Kingdom, for the 2025/26 academic session.

This one-year master’s program includes modules such as Changing Society: Sociological Debates, Sociological Research Methods, Identities and Inequalities, Sociology in Action, Sociology Academic Enrichment Programme (L7), and a Dissertation. 

Tawsif aims to deepen his understanding of advanced sociological theories and research methodologies, preparing himself for a future research career in the field. This achievement reflects both his dedication to academic growth and the department’s continuous success in nurturing graduates who pursue higher education and global scholarly engagement.
