The Co-investigators (Co-PIs) include Dr. Anisur Rahman Khan, Associate Professor; Dr. Rasel Hussain, Assistant Professor; and Ms. Ruma Parvin, Lecturer, all from the Department of Sociology, EWU.
The funded project aims to generate evidence-based policy recommendations to improve stress management and enhance well-being among public administrators. The study seeks to contribute to building a more sustainable and efficient civil service in Bangladesh.
It is also worth noting that the same research team was awarded BDT 7,00,000 (seven lakh) from the Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (BPATC) for another research project.
These achievements not only reflect the department’s growing research capacity but also strengthen East West University’s role in shaping policy-relevant research for national administrative development.
The Department of Sociology congratulates the research team on this significant milestone.
