Orientation program Fall 2019
On 5th September 2019, the Department of Information Studies and Library Management organized an orientation program for the newly enrolled students of Fall 2019. Dr. Fouzia Mannan, Dean, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, Department Chairperson Dr. Dilara Begum, other Faculty Members and admin staff graced the event with their kind presence. Senior students of the department were also present in the program. To inspire the students, the Department chairperson and the dean had given a speech. After completing all the formalities of the program, the students were taken to their honorable advisors to select courses for their current semester. At last, the seniors gave a short campus tour to the newly admitted students.
Academic offerings include 95 majors, 86 minors, and more than 100 in-major specializations and more than 100 in-major specializations
