Merit Scholarship were awarded to four Department of Information Studies students
East West University (EWU) Arranged a Merit Scholarship Awarding Ceremony 2025 on 12 January 2025 at EWU's Manzur Elahi Auditorium where Merit Scholarships were given to 219 students in recognition of their exceptional academic achievement in the summer and fall semester 2024.
The event was graced by Mr. Farooque B. Chaudhury, Member of the Board of Trustees, EWU, as the Chief Guest. Professor Dr. Shams Rahman, Vice-Chancellor of EWU, presided over the ceremony as the Program Chair.
From the Department of Information Studies, four students got scholarships. They are Jahin Hosen, Miftahul Firdaus Yean, Tshering Lhamo and Tshering Yangchen. The Department is delighted with their achievements and hopes for continued success in the foreseeable future.
