On 13^th April 2022, four foreign students from Bhutan along with the Chairperson of the Department of Information Studies and Library Management, East West University paid a visit to Professor Dr. Mohammed Farashuddin, Founder President, Board of Directors, Chief Advisor and Founder Vice Chancellor, East West University. The students are the regular students of the Information Studies and Library Management Department who got enrolled during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was their first visit to Bangladesh and East West University after the pandemic. The students were delighted to meet Professor Dr. Mohammed Farashuddin and handed over a souvenir from Bhutan. Professor Dr. Mohammed Farashuddin welcomed the students whole heartedly and praised the department for having the foreign students. Dr. Dilara Begum, Associate Professor and Chairperson expressed gratitude to the Chief Advisor for giving his valuable time and encouraging the students and also mentioned that the Department is working to enroll more foreign students from different countries.
