Dr. Nabaat Tasnima Mahbub is an Associate Professor and Chairperson of the Department of Law at East West University. She obtained her PhD in International Law from Xiamen University, China and an LL.M. in International Law and Development from University of Nottingham, UK. She specializes in environmental law, and international law relating to transboundary waters. Dr. Mahbub has published in national and international journals and actively contributes to legal scholarship, curriculum development, and institutional leadership.
