Khadijatul Kaminy is a senior lecturer at the department of English, East West University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. She completed her B.A. (Hons.) and M.A. from the department of English, University of Dhaka. She majored in English Literature. She has completed her M.Phil. in English from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. She is a book enthusiast, and writes book reviews. One of her short stories was selected in an international writing competition and included later in a book titled: My City My Home published by Sampad South Asian Arts and Heritage, Birmingham, UK. Her areas of research interest include Ecocriticism, South Asian Literature and Post-colonial Literature.
