Professor Dr. Md. Saiful Alam has joined as a full-time faculty member at the Department of Information Studies, East West University. Dr. Alam was a professor at the department of Information Science and Library Management, University of Dhaka. He was awarded a PhD from the University of Dhaka in 2008. Dr. Alam authored several peer-reviewed research articles in reputed journals. In his diversified career Dr. Md. Saiful Alam served as the chairman in the department of Information Science and Library Management, University of Dhaka, Network consultant at Faculty of Arts, Dhaka University, Consultant at Human Development Research Center (HDRC) and University Research Corporation, Bangladesh (URC,B). He was also a part time faculty of School of Business and Economics, North South University, Bangladesh.
