Sociology Family Celebrates a Joyful Basanta Utsab
On 17 February 2026, the Department of Sociology at East West University celebrated “Basanta Utsab 2026 (৪ঠা ফাল্গুন, ১৪৩২ বঙ্গাব্দ)” with great enthusiasm.
The celebration was graced by the Honorable Vice Chancellor, along with faculty members and students of the Department of Sociology, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. The event beautifully reflected the spirit of spring and the richness of our cultural heritage.
Students organized vibrant booths featuring traditional foods, a mehendi corner, and an iconic photo booth to welcome the spring season. The joyous participation of the Sociology family made the celebration lively and memorable.
