Dr. Mumita Tanjeela Conducts Qualitative Research Sessions at the Liberation War Museum
On February 7 and March 15, 2024, Dr. Mumita Tanjeela, Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology at East West University, conducted two sessions in a month-long Research Methodology training course organized by the Bangladesh Liberation War Museum, Dhaka.
Her sessions focused on Qualitative Research Methods: Data Collection & Data Analysis and Feminist Research Methodology, equipping participants with essential qualitative research skills. Through interactive discussions and hands-on exercises, Dr. Mumita Tanjeela guided students in understanding and applying qualitative research techniques in real-world contexts.
The course was designed to train final-year undergraduate students, master’s students, and early-career researchers. Dr. Mumita Tanjeela’s sessions engaged participants in critical discussions on qualitative data collection strategies and feminist perspectives in research.
At the end of the sessions, the course coordinator thanked Dr. Mumita Tanjeela for her valuable contributions and presented her with a token of appreciation on behalf of the Liberation War Museum.
