Freshers' Reception program was hosted for the students of Spring Semester 2023 on 20^th March 2023 by the Department of Information Studies, East West University. It was held in the CCC Lobby of main campus where the senior students of the department received the new students with warm gestures. The presence of the honorable chairperson of the department, other faculties, admin staff, senior students, and alumni created a graced environment for the occasion. The department's senior students organized some enjoyable contests and events, such singing, dancing etc., alumni and two fresh students also performed at this event. The department's senior students made arrangements to offer “Crests” as a token gift to the newcomers, and the honorable chairperson madam gave the gift to the freshers. In accordance with the prior statement, the chairperson declared the name of Pitha Utsab's winning batch at the conclusion of the program, and the winning batch was then awarded. The excitement and memories from this wonderful occasion might endure forever in the hearts of new students.
