Sadia Afreen is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of English, East West University. She has published her research papers in different journals and has attended a number of conferences. Besides her academic endeavors she takes much interest in creative writing and and performance poetry. Several of her poems and a few short stories have been published. She has also participated in Muse Masters, a self-written performance poetry competition held by British Council and was selected among the top twenty. She actively participates in different open mics for performance poetry. She has published paper in different journals and has attended a number of conferences.
