Md. Mahmudul Hasan is currently appointed as a lecturer in the Department of Social Relations at East West University, Bangladesh. Mahmudul loves to introduce himself as a learner, enjoys learning and sharing psychological concepts. Completing his MS and BSc in Psychology at University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh, he worked as an MPhil research fellow at Institute of Bangladesh Studies, University of Rajshahi. His primary research interest is studying sleep behavior and psychological well-being, with a particular focus on understanding the psychological problems resulting from delayed sleep-wake timing as well as identifying ways to improve sleep and public health.
